Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 5 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.

How much hair should I buy?

I takes 2-3 bundles of hair for a full head. (Depending on head size)

Also remember the rule of thumb. The longer the hair, the more you will need for a full look. We recommend for hair 20 inches and longer, that you use at least 3 bundles.

How much hair is in bundle?

Each bundle contains 4 ounces of hair

What is virgin hair?

Virgin hair is Non-dyed, Non-chemically processed hair. It is in it's natural state and color. NOT blended with any other types of hair.

Our hair is %100 VIRGIN.

Why does my hair have a odor?

The hair is unprocessed, therefore it has a slight odor.
This can be corrected by pre washing the hair before instillation.

How long does the hair last?

If maintained properly, this hair can last you for 6 to 12 months.

How do I care for my hair?

Treat this had as if it is your own!
1. Use a rich shampoo and conditioner made for dry hair
2. Comb and detangle hair before shampooing
3. Gently shampoo the hair in one direction only
4. Support your attachment (weft, braid or fusion) when brushing or combing your hair
5. Sleep with your hair tied up in a net, silk bonnet or scarf

1. Sleep with your hair wet
2. Pile hair on top of your head to shampoo (this creates tangling)
3. Apply too much conditioner to the attachment

Can I straighten the hair?

Yes!
Both the body and deep wave can be straightened.
To return the hair to its original state, simply wet it or wash it.
